Villa Park is the smallest city in the OC, with fewer than 6,000 people, and it’s one of the safest cities in Orange County. In 2020, no violent crimes were reported. The Villa Park crime rate is 62% below the national average.
Villa Park is overwhelmingly residential, with 99% of the land developed with single-family homes on lots that are ½ acre on average.
