Long story short - do not use any under circumstances, unless you want to renovate your home afterwards.Long story: We are a military family and this was the local company assigned to bring in our furniture to our current location. They had to bring in a desk that was obviously too big to fit my staircases. I asked them to disassemble but the leader of the group refused and proceeded to move it whole against my will. They were using my stair railings as support, which caused them to unhinge from the wall, significantly damaged all the walls, including the ceiling.Their extremely rude coordinator Mrs Lockhart called to offer me 150 USD compensation for the 'smudges' of paint that are required. Its been now 5 weeks that we are going back and forth and the repairs are still not completed. Her attitude is consistently condescending, belittling the damages done to the property, disregarding any manners whatsoever.Repair man came twice, always on a SUNDAY.- First time he came completely unprepared, no paint, no nothing, nothing was done, he left- 2nd time he fixed the railings - great. But as far as paint is concerned - the job was TERRIBLY done. You can tell from a mile that the job is not done right (mind you our house was painted 3 weeks before the movers came). He used a different type of painting for the ceiling leaving a massive stain on the ceiling.We are now fighting with them to come fix what they have done (honestly it looks even worse now). Mrs Lockhart continues acting terribly, claims she's the boss (dunno, maybe she is), and overall does not want to consider to send someone on a different day than a Sunday. Ive asked for a business day fix, as I have a 21 month old and I don't want him to be around paint - during the week he's at daycare. But she doesnt seem concerned about the health of a child.

I cannot say enough good about Daly Movers. Due to being in the military, I had my belongings in storage for years. Tracy was always extremely helpful to me. When it came time to move, Renay flawlessly arranged for the truck to come all the way to Texas. The moving team led by Michael from Wheaton did an awesome job and really went the extra mile helping me arrange larger items. Finally, Donna from Wheaton resolved a claim for me very quickly. An entirely professional team I would not hesitate to trust with my household goods.

Daly Movers provided exceptional service for what was quite a stressful and intimidating event: moving out of our home for 23 years to a different state. From the initial contact with the salesperson Jason all the way through to the delivery crew, we had professional, friendly service. Our dates were tentative, we used their storage facility for some items and the inventory kept changing too. Daly movers simply adjusted with our needs. Renay was the efficient in-office coordinator; Jason was almost spot on with his estimate of the weight to be moved and he came out three times to reassess everything; Herman and his packing crew were punctual, efficient, professional, caring and friendly; Tim the driver was courteous, answered allOur questions about the 1200 mile drive and proudly showed us his truck; at our destination Tim supervised the unloading crew well, even making sure the younger members behaved professionally. A second truck delivered the final few items a week later and that driver, whose name unfortunately escapes me, was just as professional and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with them - would definitely highly recommend them.

After 20+ years in the military and numerous moves, this was the best company I've had assigned, hands down! I don't get to choose the company responsible for my moves, since the military contracts them out, but typically, they are less than desirable. This move was from England to California, so Daly Movers had to rely on a separate company to pack the items and they were responsible for delivery.When they showed up, it was a team of 3 men. They were very friendly and professional and immediately started putting plastic throughout the house to keep from leaving any footprints. My house is brand new, so any damage would be immediately visible. They proceeded to unload at an astonishing pace, asking where we wanted each item to be placed. After the truck was unloaded, they proceeded to unpack everything and assemble anything that required it. We had everything moved where we wanted and they were even nice enough to move a sofa that we didn't have room for from the living room to our garage.They removed all the boxes and plastic, not leaving one scrap of trash behind, which is a first in my experience. I can't thank these guys enough for such a wonderful experience in a stressful time!

Worth experience!During the move multiple items was badly scratched, dented, broken, missing shelves for TV-stand. Claim manager Theo, rude, unapologetic, degrading. They just don't care and would not take responsibility. DISGUSTING.

Additional. Please be very careful using this service. My Brand New still in the Box Surround Sound Bar was stolen. They will number your items. However if they fail to number your item, you will never know it's missing until months after you unpack everything. I made a video of everything that was in my home. I did the check in for the item's when they brought them back to my home. The list showed everything was there. However my Sound Bar wasn't. The Only way this would be possible is for them to not number a item, that way when items are returned you will have no proof that it is a item missing. Other neighbors said the same thing. I believe the crew was stealing items from each apartment. When you call to speak with the Supervisor of Daily movers she has a very bad attitude and could careless about your items. Most importantly, I spoke with multiple guy's on the crew. Most of them was brought on to work for that day. Not being hired or contracted thru Daily movers. So these guys could have a bad record of thief or anything else and you would never know. A few of the guys said a friend asked them to work for a day or two, and was trying to bring another friend on for the next day. I also had a worker place item on my car. After asking him to move it, he cussed me out . The Supervisor stated he wasn't hired by their company but he was working for them while wearing a Daily movers shirt. If you have something important take it with you. I'm still very upset about my brand New Sound Bar being stolen ! I would NEVER do business with this company or recommend them to anyone. The staff & workers are unprofessional and liars and thieves. If the break your TV or any electronic, they say they are not liable and won't pay for it. My 48 inch TV was on when the movers took it off the wall. When it was returned my TV no longer worked & my computer was broken and wouldn't work. They stated my TV never worked, even tho multiple works told the Supervisor that it was on before they took it down. I lost over hundreds of dollars in damages or stolen items from this company. Any video of your items won't help. Management will tell you that you did something to the items after the video. Please be very cautious and go with another company if you don't want the headache. I believe they issued me a check for $58 for certain items. The other item's I got nothing for. That chump change of a check was a Slap in the face for me.

This Company is a complete joke. I’ve never met a company that doesn’t know the true meaning of customer service. From the very beginning they quote you a bogus price, they seem to change their minds on what is right and what is wrong. They quote you a time of 14-21 days for the delivery of your belongings when it took over 30 days. I have an 11 month old baby that had to sleep in a pack n play for an additional two weeks because they couldn’t get their stuff in order. They say it took longer because they had a cancellation, but I asked them how is that my fault. I signed the contract and obeyed the rules of that contract. I shouldn’t be punished for other people’s actions. When they finally got to our new location, They hired some outside to help because they realize one man can’t unload everything by himself. The worst part is the one man was probably 70 years old. They unload your stuff and break an appliance that wasn’t yours and you file a claim and they deny it assuming it was something we packed. The claim form looks like something you would create on your own off the internet. You try and call to speak with a manager and they give you the run around. I’ve never been more ashamed of myself of not doing more research on this company. I would have NEVER used this company if I would have known the terrible customer service they provide. I highly recommend to NEVER use Daly Movers. They are a complete waste of time. I’m sure they will do their best to delete this post, but I hope the world can see what the truth is. I’d die of shock if the owner would pick up the phone and give me or anyone else that has a terrible experience a call. I won’t hold my breath

From the beginning quote to the last box off the truck, Daly Movers (Arpin Van Lines) was outstanding. Renay George took the time and was always available for questions before, during and after our move from California to South Carolina. This company is true to its word. Our driver, Blaine was on time, polite, personable, and extremely cautious with our worldly belongings. The crew that assisted Blaine were top notch. Fast, careful, and very professional. I hope we never move again (up to our eyeballs in unpacking!) but if we did move...Daly Movers, Inc would be the only company I would call. Thank you for making a very important milepost in our lives turn out so well!

I called to get a quote for my companies move and the "expert sales" person was so uninviting. She sounded so bored and asked if i was wanting to move in the most rudest way possible. She was so disconnected from me it was weird and an unpleasant experience. I will not be calling this place again to move.

We unfortunately used this company to perform a move between states.The company was extremely unprofessional, had poor communication with us the whole time, and were even insulting to us. It was clear we did not matter to the company and they had no interest in working with us.Our items were picked up late, delivered late, and the crew was actually insulting to us. They refused to take several of our items, and the ones they did take were packed carelessly and shamefully. Further, they failed to maintain accountability with our items, and left them for hours in public areas unattended! We had several items show up "missing" upon delivery. During the move, the company even attempted to coerce me to allow them access to my apartment without my presence so they could finish moving our items without me present.I have done numerous moves in my life, and I have never had a poor experience until contracting with this company. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your moving services! The company will not respond to our claims and refuses to provide any explanation for their actions. Definitely seek out a better moving company!

Where should I start.... I guess first a little background. My husband and I relocated from California to Germany and was the first time we were forced to use a moving company (usually we move our own stuff with help of family/friends). Due to lack of time, we left the U.S. and were dealing with the moving process from abroad making things a little more complicated. We basically communicated by email and long distance phone calls in order to get quotes. Our belongings were stored at my parents' home in California which were also helping us through this process. We found Daly Movers through an internet search and requested an on-site quote so we would know exactly how much it was going to cost. This was very important to us since we were going to obtain a reimbursement from my husband's employer. There was a limit to how much money we could get back so we wanted to be cautious and not go over.Our problem with Daly Movers began at the moment of the onsite quote. This means that Daly Movers sent a representative (I believe her name was Nicole) to my parents' home and took an inventory of what was going to be shipped. Before the onsite quote took place, I had emailed her a list of items that we wanted to bring over so they could give us an initial estimate. After the she took an inventory, she emailed us with a quote and we decided to move forward with them and help us with our move. We set up a date and were informed that we needed to pay them before shipping. We figured we would charge it to our American credit card and left it at that.A day before our scheduled pick-up, we were informed that we could not pay with our credit card because we did not live in the U.S. This came as a surprise since we were not informed of it from the very beginning when we clearly stated that we were living in Germany. This created a problem since they wanted us to pay with a cashiers check or a wire transfer. Mind you this is one day before the scheduled pick-up PLUS there is a 9 hour difference between California and Germany. Of course, the day that we planned for the pick-up was a Saturday and banks in Germany were closed. So we had to ask my parents for the money and ask them to immediately go and take care of it so that things wouldn't be delayed or get complicated.After Daly Movers had gone to my parents' home and had packed and taken our stuff we receive an email saying that and I quote "We have a slight problem. We were not informed of 2 bicycles included in your shipment." Then goes to explain her inventory from the day she went to make the assessment and basically tells us that its going to cost more. Since we were not there for the assessment, I spoke to my mother which told me that the Daly Movers rep had seen everything and probably forgot to add it. All our our items were stored together in a corner inside my parents' garage. So I know that it was impossible to miss two bicycles but still spoke to my mother to confirm. The Daly Movers rep refused to accept any fault and had our things in their warehouse. They also were not going to return them, if we wanted our items back someone from our family would have to go and pick them up.At this point, there were many things that bothered us.1) Not accepting any responsibility.2) Taking our items and then telling us that its going to cost more.3) Not wanting to return our belongings to my parents' home.At the end, we simply paid them the difference just so we could have our items delivered. We were not going to ask my parents' to go pick-up our stuff. It's not my parents responsibility and they are older too.This entire process was very stressful. One really has to read a lot of information to find out what questions one should ask when getting a quote from a moving company. I will never recommend Daly Movers. They made an already stressful experience, a lot worse.

Daly Movers sent me a hard working crew who worked really fast. They were careful not to damage my flooring or items they moved. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I called to get a quote for my companies move and the "expert sales" person was so uninviting. She sounded so bored and asked if i was wanting to move in the most rudest way possible. She was so disconnected from me it was weird and an unpleasant experience. I will not be calling this place again to move.

We unfortunately used this company to perform a move between states.The company was extremely unprofessional, had poor communication with us the whole time, and were even insulting to us. It was clear we did not matter to the company and they had no interest in working with us.Our items were picked up late, delivered late, and the crew was actually insulting to us. They refused to take several of our items, and the ones they did take were packed carelessly and shamefully. Further, they failed to maintain accountability with our items, and left them for hours in public areas unattended! We had several items show up "missing" upon delivery. During the move, the company even attempted to coerce me to allow them access to my apartment without my presence so they could finish moving our items without me present.I have done numerous moves in my life, and I have never had a poor experience until contracting with this company. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your moving services! The company will not respond to our claims and refuses to provide any explanation for their actions. Definitely seek out a better moving company!

Where should I start.... I guess first a little background. My husband and I relocated from California to Germany and was the first time we were forced to use a moving company (usually we move our own stuff with help of family/friends). Due to lack of time, we left the U.S. and were dealing with the moving process from abroad making things a little more complicated. We basically communicated by email and long distance phone calls in order to get quotes. Our belongings were stored at my parents' home in California which were also helping us through this process. We found Daly Movers through an internet search and requested an on-site quote so we would know exactly how much it was going to cost. This was very important to us since we were going to obtain a reimbursement from my husband's employer. There was a limit to how much money we could get back so we wanted to be cautious and not go over.Our problem with Daly Movers began at the moment of the onsite quote. This means that Daly Movers sent a representative (I believe her name was Nicole) to my parents' home and took an inventory of what was going to be shipped. Before the onsite quote took place, I had emailed her a list of items that we wanted to bring over so they could give us an initial estimate. After the she took an inventory, she emailed us with a quote and we decided to move forward with them and help us with our move. We set up a date and were informed that we needed to pay them before shipping. We figured we would charge it to our American credit card and left it at that.A day before our scheduled pick-up, we were informed that we could not pay with our credit card because we did not live in the U.S. This came as a surprise since we were not informed of it from the very beginning when we clearly stated that we were living in Germany. This created a problem since they wanted us to pay with a cashiers check or a wire transfer. Mind you this is one day before the scheduled pick-up PLUS there is a 9 hour difference between California and Germany. Of course, the day that we planned for the pick-up was a Saturday and banks in Germany were closed. So we had to ask my parents for the money and ask them to immediately go and take care of it so that things wouldn't be delayed or get complicated.After Daly Movers had gone to my parents' home and had packed and taken our stuff we receive an email saying that and I quote "We have a slight problem. We were not informed of 2 bicycles included in your shipment." Then goes to explain her inventory from the day she went to make the assessment and basically tells us that its going to cost more. Since we were not there for the assessment, I spoke to my mother which told me that the Daly Movers rep had seen everything and probably forgot to add it. All our our items were stored together in a corner inside my parents' garage. So I know that it was impossible to miss two bicycles but still spoke to my mother to confirm. The Daly Movers rep refused to accept any fault and had our things in their warehouse. They also were not going to return them, if we wanted our items back someone from our family would have to go and pick them up.At this point, there were many things that bothered us.1) Not accepting any responsibility.2) Taking our items and then telling us that its going to cost more.3) Not wanting to return our belongings to my parents' home.At the end, we simply paid them the difference just so we could have our items delivered. We were not going to ask my parents' to go pick-up our stuff. It's not my parents responsibility and they are older too.This entire process was very stressful. One really has to read a lot of information to find out what questions one should ask when getting a quote from a moving company. I will never recommend Daly Movers. They made an already stressful experience, a lot worse.
